Does anyone know which form you need from DVLA to get a full print out of everything DVLA holds on your own car???

I was under the impression it was the V888 but it doesnt have a specific section to get the entire vehicle history.

Is there another form i need or if not, what is the correct phrase DVLA will accept in section 4 and 5 of the v888 to get the full vehicle history from DVLA?

 

It is V888 and just saying that you are "researching for enrollment to Car Club" worked for me. Took 5 to 6 weeks though.

 

what did you ask for information wise and did it include everything?
