Trailer Tyres???
Hi all,
I hope that some of you could help me in the choosing of tyres for my boat trailer.
I know I need an 8 ply (8PR) tyre but there are probably 8 or more different makes to choose from in my size (175R13C)
I rarely tow my boat but when I do I want to be towing it with the correct tyres.
Now, I have read that I need a hardish compound to help prevent rotting and sunlight damage and being a tight ass I don't want to spend more than £90 a pair really.
Nankang and maxmiller are both in that price range and I think I have seen Hankook and Avon for near that price for a pair.
So my question is this! Which one???
Any helpful input is much appriciated!
Cheers, John.

Many thanks for the replys chaps!
I can't really store the wheels seperate to the trailer as I put the boat on the trailer every 6 weeks or so to jetwash the hull and polish all the fiberglass as cleaning/maintaining the gel coat is sooo much easier out of the water.
