hello there, just wondering if anyone can help me, got a xr2 and when the engine is running, the gear linkage is a little bit sloppy but still goes in gear okay, turned it of tonight, and then it wouldnt go in gear atal, yet when i turned it on again, the gearlinkage went sloppy like usal. any ideas on what it could be?, many thanks

 

the way you might be able to fix ya problem is by removing your center console in the car and see if the linkages on the stick are coming loose and see if they just need tightening up again trust me i had same problem with my xr2 mk1 and its always worth giving it a try.
