Urgent help regarding AP brakes.
Does anyone have a spare one of these kicking about or forsale as I've stripped one and havnt a spare ??

Cheers mate I've stuck a Allen hi tensile in to get me rolling but it's doing my head in knowing that it's different to the other 11....

call reyland they should have them in stock.
They should be tightened at 10.5ft/lb or 14nm according to whats on the website.

I didn't do it nipping it up.. I did it as the nut was winding down the thread.

I found the heads to be quite soft on my ones mat and they where ap ones.

I used the cap head style on mine similar to what dingla posted and done to setting listed above

They sell very similar on merc ml's for the oil/water feed to head securing bolt,was about Ł0.80p from memory.
Looks about m6 x 30 to me?
They should be in stock if your stuck.they also do various lengths of those bolts for the airbox etc.
If you need a reg mines w501jrf merc ml 270cdi if your desperate like!!!

I have a set of genuine AP ones that have been torqued up but never run. What length are yours? As there are 3 different lengths
