So me and a mate are starting a 1.8 zetec ka project. thought we would share the journey as we go along
started this today and we've got alot of hard work ahead with the rust and rotten wings on the rear it has.


the offside aint that bad really, all it took was a liitle patch a paint to sort a hole out but we've gotta craft the nearside whole rear wing with steal and a welder lol.
Alot off ppl have said why am i doin this and is it worth it but we got the car for £50 and the engine for free, plus im a mot tester and have a garage with all the tool at hand for the job

the old engine pics, this will be out next weekend, we have the zetec engine stripped fully down ready to be port n polished. We are deciding if kent cams and a remap will be a better thing to do now as we have have read alot about these bein 'nippy but not fast'.
