For sale is my sierra sapphire Cosworth 2wd in white, on a G reg with 100k just on the clock, I've owned it for just over a year and it's proved to be a nice reliable car. I bought to restore to former glory but as usual time does not allow.

It's a G reg 1989 with 9 former keepers, only modification is groved discs on the rear and a close to original stainless twin pipe exhaust, the rest is standard and in my eyes the best way to have them. Cloth trim in very good condition, ford stereo.MOT till feb
Tax till end aug

Since I've owned the car I've done the following,
Recon gear box fitted
New clutch
Full service,
Full oil change
Cam belt all engine sensors.

I've done around 5k miles since doing the work and it's been very good never missed a beat, doesn't get hot, cold start valve works as it should, really is nice smooth and comfortable to drive.

Couple of bad bits,
Rear arches need replacing, I have new ones to go with it
Battery tray has rusted and needs repair, again new one supplied,
Suspension tired, again good set of Koni shocks and a new set of standard height springs supplied,
Body work would benefit from a respray to make mint, but in general good condition,

Just done a 150 mile round trip this morning and it didn't miss a beat.
Just a couple more things, I have the side skirts only removed for welding on the outer sills, only 8" strip on both sides.
Brakes shake a bit when braking lightly but fine when hard braking.


Asking price is £3500 Ono, in my eyes that's a reasonable price.

 

bargain!!!wont hang around long at that price unforunatly tho she is prob worth more in parts and if u dont break her i have a feeling that a breaker will buy her and that price and break her up
