Company I work for use them.. Pay for pre 9am delivery.... I'm usually still waiting round at a site till 1030 or even midday for the guy to bother turning up (various sites round the SW)

If you send anything glass, (we send a fair bit of toughened glass). It will usually turn up smashed to bits, regardless of how well it's packed, and they aint interested in paying out as they dont cover it.

If you aint at home when they try and deliver, it could literally go to any one in your street, and they won't post a card telling you where it is... Very helpful..

If you happen to be unfortunate enough to have to go to their depot to collect a missed delivery, they want more forms of ID than a bank do when taking out a loan! And also deal with the rude and unhelpful staff there.
Theyll want Photo ID and a recent bill or statement with your address on it.

Always use TNT and bar one issue be perfect tbh - i think its down to the individual people tbh - our local lad is spot on but have heard of some of them being utter arses for no reason
