i have a rs turbo with cosworth running gear fitted & the car has all sierra floors etc.
the brakes are all sierra cosworth 4wd but he servo isnt wired up as dont have any loom atm
anyway even if the servo isnt wored in all the brakes should still work (just) & the brake pedal should be sold but...........
if i press the brake pedal it goes straight to the floor
if its pumped up i can get it to go rock hard but the brakes still dont work (well on the rear anyway)
if i try bleeed the rear brakes i get nothing at all when the brake is pressed but if i live up the servo pump i get fluid & the brake works.
but once power is taken off the servo the pedal goes back to stgae 1 above (to floor no rear brakes etc)
surly this looks like the servo isnt holding pressure & is fooked????? (pump is very noisey)
abit weird how i get no pressure to the rear brakes untill the servo is lived up thou isnt it??? & even with the servo off & brake pedal pumped up solid still nothing at rear????
any idears????????
also im looking to wire up the servo on a switched relay, anyone have any pics of how to do this????
cheers
