i boo them evertime i see them, i was once working on a church in the town centre booing the same 2 everyday at the toip of me voice off the steaple that was funny as fook watching them looking round to see who it was

when i got my last ticket i know i was on the end of targets for issuing tickets i was ess than 5 mins and the stupid forgin wanker keeped me talking for like another 5 mins whilst he did my ticket so i couldn't drive away

well if you ever receive a congestion charge parking ticket ect 1 of the companies dealing takes your credit card details for ticket payment (scribbled on paper) wich is lobbed in the bin then fly tipped in their neighbours bin

the funny thing is when i got my last 1, the next day in the local paper was an artical about how there were targets needing to be meet and they wern't meeting them and a ticket was issued every 2 mins. no joke
