Default Car feels like I've touched the brakes.

Hi guys, I ant find a thread I posted a couple of weeks ago, and forgot about it because the problem disappeared.

I have recently had a diagnosis that a wheel bearing was knackered on my car, unable to fix until next week when Ivan get it into the garage.

Anyway, I was out in the car briefly today and all of a sudden, with my foot on the accelerator the car suddenly felt like I'd hit the brakes for about a second or 2, it did it 3 - 4 times. Can this be a sign that the bearing is about to collapse or is it a new problem?. When I speeded up abit it didn't seem to do it again.

No its not pulling to one side, it's hard to describe, like it loses power for a split second but the rev counter stays the same.

Sounds like it's missing, my Fiesta did this when the plugs/coilpack were knackered!

Yeh I'm going to look at them first, just thought it may have been connected to the bearing somehow, but as someone mentioned it would of pulled to one side wouldn't it if it was locking up?
