fooking shit company though rudey as they lied to be about alot of things, said i had driving other cars on me policy when i turn 25, when i phoned to confirm at 25 was told "no as your poilicy was started before you was 25 ", i asked about swopping policys and was that ok and they when i asked they said i had to settle the policy amount and start a new policy which would restart my no claims

oh and on the renewal year it was 1182 quid tpft with 1 years no claims saying it has gone don but insurance quotes have gone up by 30% this year and thats the problem, i asked could they match another quote, they said they would try

i got a quote from nowich union for same car with driving any other car no mater if that had insurance or not fully comp for 539 a year, the wanker said i cant, sorry and said my no claims cert will be in the post

fook what they was like to claim of as there customer service and lying bollox was shite

cant argue with norwich union but then ive never spoken to em since i payed for me policy in april

 

My brother is with Norwich Union, he swears by them now
