I've bought an Escort MK4 XR3i with some wheels in very bad condition, so I want to buy some new ones, but can't find the original rim/tire dimensions anywhere...

Also, if I wanted to lower the car, say, 30/30, what would be the largest wheel dimensions possible? (without losing too much handling etc.)

BTW, if you view my garage, you'll see my parts car and the rims I will use until I buy some new ones. They require some trim on the wheel arches to be legal though (so that they're not wider than the arches...), but I have no idea whatsoever how wide they are or what they're called.

 

ORIGINAL XR3I RIMS WERE 6'x14' . RS TURBO UPGRADE WAS 6'x15.
