Default Clutch slipping problem??

Hi
I have a feeling the clutch is on its way on on my 2002 ford Ka. It goes into every gear but when accelerating, the revs go up but it doesn’t pull as if the clutch is slipping. The strange thing is that it doesn’t happen all the time. 1 day I wont have a problem then another day I cant go past 50 mph.
Does this sound like the clutch is slipping or is there anything else that can be checked?
Also, has anyone and information on how to change the clutch in a Ka?
Thanks

i have a very similar problem on my 2000, taking it nice and easy and on the flat, the car pretty much drives (almost) as normal, but trying to put my foot down a bit, or going uphill, results in massive revs before the engine catches up, if at all. i'm going to disconnect the battery for half an hour today and have a go at the ICV, been reading everywhere that can help, but i've got a strange feeling it's the clutch, be intresting to know if you or anyone else have solved the problem?
