Anyone heard of this place or even been there?

ive been asked if ill go there for work for anything up to 8 months, the 2 other guys in my team at work are happy to go and weve got to let the relevant supervisor know in the morning if we are happy to do it.

My minds just a bit unsure at the mo.

Its a shithole, 2 roads in and out of it. You will sit in traffic going into and out of it a rush hour typically 30 minutes for 3 miles. If you do go, stay out of a bar called charlies(quality hotel club) you will receive a bad beating in there.

They dont like any outsiders in there, especially the english, even though they are mainly protestants in there they still dont like the english. Much safer & better in belfast.

 

It's in Northern Ireland, not far from Larne. I've been a few times, even round the castle.

Rene, dont get me wrong there is worse places than it, but largely the best thing about it, is the road that come out of it

Its about 15-20 miles from me, i actually look across the bay at it and thats the way i like to keep it

 

yeah its in Northern Ireland, evidently pretty close to belfast!
