Default Dirt and carbon build up

I started stripping my turbo today, I noticed in the pipe that connects to the actuator and the down pipe and manifold there is a build up of carbon, any one recommend something to remove this? I have decided not to split the turbo i.e the take compressor off but I wanted to make sure all the pipes are clean and dirt free, also inspecting the hoses, only the small 90 degree one needs replacing
