Paul Eggleton, Frog , Last but one - tilt your head to the right, it says Liar.Spiky , Deer one has a bigger deer kind of hidded in the leaves/branches of the trees.

It says lift right?
Well, stare at it, perhaps go a bit cross eyed
and you will see the top of the letters lift up
It might be easier to see if you make it bigger.
