Default MK5 Pedal Conversion

Going to be doing the mk5 pedal conversion so far I have a mk5 pedal and the alloy quadrant is that all I need? I can use all the other mk4 bits or is there anything else I need to buy?

Thanks

Lewis

Just need to keep the spring thats already on the clutch in the car. oh, and I think chop that bracket off, was ages ago I did mine. There is a good thread on here somewhere with pictures etc but I can't seem to find it?!?

Also, brace yourself for what was one of the worst jobs I have ever done on an RST

When using an ap or helix uprated clutch the std plastic self adjusting quadrant will often crack/snap. So the alloy quadrant wont break and the mk5 pedal has the adjuster bolt.

If you had bought the mk5 plastic quadrant then yes, it needs modifying.

He's got the alloy version which is a straight fit without the extra work
