Give the starter motor a little tap, might be stuck. Had to do that with my pug 205.

We recently had a problem with a van at work after disconnecting the battery, turned out it was a loose wire under the battery.

Theres a thin blue wire that can snap/corrode check this. Check all other connections and earth point.
Also give it a tap as suggested if its been stood.

Or put the car in gear and rock it back and forth then try it.

The wire at the bottom has frayed got it going in the end but will replace the wire!
