Just putting my car back together and the rad is sitting here with bit close to the actuator?



Also how do I get the hoses on?

What rad is it ?

 

Air tec with a radtec front
Mount and fans moved between rad and front mount

 

Move the fans to the front of both, this will let you mount the rad an intecooler closer together to give you more clearance. This is what I had to do to stop my actuator arm smashing my rad into a crumpled mess.

Is there adequate cooling if there on the front?

 

Yes because the fans pull the cold air in through the intercooler and rad fins
