I've got standard engine with

Msd fan switch
Msd thermostat
Aic tec front intercooler
Air tec rad
-31 actultor
Power engineering chip
Piper cross panel filter

I'm getting 161.9bhp and 194 toque I think that's enough for road use

If you are getting it chipped you will need a -31 preferably a genuine garrett or a collins and chipping it you are best going for an ahmed bayjoo, turbosystems (if you can get hold of one 2nd hand) or maybe a collins chip 2nd hand ecu's regularly come up on the ford forum's and ebay at a fraction of what they are new you will also benefit from a full 2.5 inch bore stainless exhaust and a k&n or pipercross panel filter and then get the car set up by a pro

Garrett -31 actuator are around a Ł100, collins -31 are around Ł70 i think i would personally use msd or collins for the actuator m8

Buy a unlimited boost chip on eBay from the above company's second hand

Then buy a brand new actuator ONLY

And most important mod on a rst is a breather kit

May I suggest a brake upgrade, cosworth 4x4 front calipers and sierra cosworth 2wd 283mm discs.

Going aftermarket is not important... However, making sure whatever breather setup you have is clean and clear is important.
