Default anyone know about clio 182 alarm systems

not going into full details and anyone who knows about the cobra alarm fitted to them please pm me as i dont want everyone know details about the alarm system ect.

ok then basicly yes but me and mate have looked at 3 wiring of them today and everyone is wired (spliced in )differently.we just cannot get the car to turn over more than once as the immobiler light doesnt go off.is it just a case of taking all the wires that are joined onto the hazzers ect off ?

I stripped out my brothers in about an hour doing it properly..

The central locking still worked perfectly after it and no one knew any different.

If I was you I'd just strip the whole fuckin thing out...

The basic premise of removing a car alarm/immobiliser is to join the colours back up - assuming it is after market.

as far as i know its a cobra alarm and there a factory fit item.my mate bought the car as a non runner with a immobiliser problem it will still arm/disarm from the keyfob but doesnt go off when doors open ect.also the red light next to the gear stick doesnt light up ect.its wired in to a multi plug behind the glove box were as the others are wired in to the hazzered switch ect.it just looks chopped to f@@k
