Default fiesta ST showing 77% on throttle body?

hi all,
just a quick question as i had my 2005 fiesta st on a scan tool to reset a light an i thought id take a look at the live data an the throttle % was only showing 77% when pedal was full down. i tried another pedal an the same thing so im wondering if it is the throttle body OR is that actually normal?

thanks for reading, mike

Is this at stand still?
My diesel 406 unless the engine is under load will only apply enough throttle to get it upto the rev limiter if there is no load on the engine.

no the car is supercharged with inlet an full exhaust.

i forgot to mention ive looked at the plate while throttle is fully pressed an it open fully on the actual body but only reading 77%. will it affect the fuel/air ratio?
