Just looking for a little bit of honest and reliable advice.

My MOT expires on the 26th May, I understand the MOT expires at the end of the day on the 26th May, My MOT is booked on the 25th May, If my car fails its MOT on the 25th May does my current MOT expire from the point of receiving the fail notice?, or is my current MOT that expires 26th May still Valid until the end of the 26th??

Hope this makes sense.

mot will still be valid, doesn't mean its ok to drive a car with defects though.

 

Thanks for your Advice Studabear I was asking as I will be doing any required repairs myself to keep costs down, and obviously need to drive from the MOT station to home to carry out repairs needed.
