Have you all had the latest mag (Orange Escos on front)? I've seen a few posts from people who said theirs was late. Just want to make sure there's not been an issue with delivery...

Yup ive got it, aint read it either, like the last 3 editions...

 

I don't think mine came on time not that it matters as I'm working away for the next 2 months would it be possible for yous to do me an e subscription or something aswell?

 

Mines always 2 to 3 weeks late. I still don't get it why posting to The Netherlands should take 2 to 3 weeks. Apart from that, it's a great mag!

 

Got it today.

 

It's supposed to go on Newsstand the same day as it goes on sale - so tomorrow. It's not something we (as the mag team) have any control over, as it's dealt with by another department.

If you're a regular Newsstand purchaser hopefully you'll see a selection of improvements to the digital edition - The colours will all be much richer, and more vivid (The mag gets sent in CMYB, but we're now resending the digital mag in RGB) and there will be more interactivity (You will be able to click through from the contents page to features etc)

 

I haven't had my copy yet but I am not sure if there is a issue. You sorted me one out last month as that wasn't delivered.

 

I constantly have problems with mine turning up late if at all!

I got mine either thursday or friday last week

Who do I contact to change my address? And did anything ever come about for subscribers to get the digital mag on news stand free?

i've got mine came through yesterday, but i subscribed a month or too ago when they said if you subscribe you get two free ford fair tickets. both me and my mate took advantage of this, he got a confirmation letter about the tickets, but i never anyone else had the same problem ?

 

It's a bit complex, but because it goes through Apple we can't give any digital editions away free (other than the free sample that's on there) so we can't 'swap' people from print to digital or vice versa, nor give subscribers free digital issues. We can't even get free issues ourselves!! (we have a way of seeing them 'internally' but not through the Newsstand)

To change your address call 0844 848 2852, and have all your details to hand (your current address, subscriber number and new address).

Call the same number above mate, and they will confirm whether you're 'on the list'. Generally speaking individual tickets only get sent out a fortnight before the event (club tickets get sent out earlier)

 

If it doesn't arrive by Monday PM me your address and subscriber number and I'll sort it out.
