ran out mid nite saturday and they never put the renewal through so they will only pay half the clame i lost 20 grands worth of tools plus the scanners but im only coverd for 5 grand of dinostic tools one big fook up an a dirty bastuurd in my yard i fink

yeah im gutted mate but sum 1 in my yard has said suming to sum 1 cos i only had them a week the verdic was mine the other 2 was on loan from snap on

a mate of mine got broke into year last xmas same thing as you loads of snapon ect , anyway he went on ebay to try find more tools to carry on working and found the thief on there advertising his tools so might be worth keep checking ebay if your tools are easily reconisable

 

did they know that your insurance ran out then? seems like it was planned from what you've said so far

 

allready am mate i cleaned them an know every scratch on them just waiting

 

no i spoke insurance friday an told them to renew but phoned them today told them wat happend an it just so happend there was a miss under standing an the renewal was not put in place an no won new that was up for renewal but sum ones said wat ive got

 

dont know anyone from down your work but when ive looked at cars down there i didnt trust them, seem dodgy....

 

ash is ok but the one with the glasses in the corner is to blame just cant prove it yet just wana try rule it out b4 i start coz i wont stop mate

 

lucky i own a ford an went to work sunday on it that all i can say

what security did you have on the garage mate.? would yu think its anyone that knew your setup ect.

 

yeah its sum one that new me there aint alot you can do bout security down there in middle of no where cctv on estate no alarm i know silly but onlyn had scanners a week so and been there 5yrs without any probs on estate and only my garage was attacked so sum one tiped sum one off just need prof

If you phoned insurance on Friday to renew the call will be recorded... Speak to ombudsman .... They have to produce the recording

 

shit man thats bolox.. to be honest i dont think i could sleep at night knowing that much equipment is in a garage in the middle of no where with no alarms, id sleep with it with string attached to my toes. ! but as yu said if its been there 5 years defo some kind of tipoff, lets hope yu get some or all of it back.

 

ill have to look into that with insurance an the policy went up by 3k just to renew today an im just lost for words on the whole ordeal two scanners was on loan from snap on man just dont know wot to say gutted

there was hell on a few years back with a dealer from stanley, co. durham........
loads of garages got robbed one weekend, including the snap on dealer, he even got shot in the foot.

Turns out it was the snap on dealers brother that shot him and took the van.

the dealers wife then grassed him up saying he was the mastermind behind the Ł250,000 plan!
So you never know

abit better today as insurance is now looking into claim an im one step closer to finding out whos behind it just waiting for the word back b4 the fireworks start lol
