Default ford racing water temp gauge

hi i have the gauge fitted to my rs but never been plumbed in could any1 tell me what i need to get it working and where to get it from and how to plumb it in and where this goes

not sure but it possibly replaces the water temp sendor direct. if not then you will either need a adapter or drill/tap the rad if its made of suitable material. not sure on whats best location though. id asses the first option first though for obvious reasons.

I'll have a look see if it's the right size thread the head don't fancy drilling and tap the head there should b some sort of adapter to go in water pipes etc but haven't a clue where to get 1 from

im sure theres no need for drilling/tapping the head/block. rad possibly?
theres bound to be a well known method of fitting, the ford gauges are among the nicest and have been fitted to tons of rst's, cossies ect. try motosport developments, burton power ect for fittings/adapters. ill be suprised if it ISNT the same thread/pitch as the oe w/temp sendor. its located on the front of the block nr the turbo area

I'll give it ago m8 iv put a thread up b4 and nothing I can't belive no1s got the right answer I have emailed people who sell the gauges and still nothing I'll have a look 2moz nyt c if I can thread it into the front of the head

The thread in the head is loads to small so can't go there need some sort of t piece that goes in the pipe wrk

burton power normally have adapters/t pieces. failing that get an engineering firm to fab one up and put it inline in a coolant hose.
