Still having probs with my RS, the bloke who rebuilt it has done a bunk and I need someone mobile to come and have a look at it and make sure it's fuelling ok etc etc.

Think I gave him £150 for the bottom end.

It came back running but it won't start unless you advance the timing, when it's warm you can return the timing but it don't take long to boost up so f**k knows whats going on with it. He reckons it needs a new fuel pump but I can't see that if it primes and runs, and now he's done a bunk.
Managed to book next week off so think I'll drag it to Warrior Motorsport at Sproughton.

not many people know how to work with escort turbos anymore so be carefull, If you go someone unknown to rs turbos then you will probably get ripped off!!

most mobile mechanic's will not know shit about your car!!
