Hi, can some1 please tell me the correct location for the coil in a mk1 escort rs2000??? My car is a 1300E so it had the coil on the drivers side inner wing under the servo tower (if I remember correctly). It will soon be pinto powered and I want it to look like an rs2000. My mates mk2 has the coil under the battery tray (I think) so is it supposed to be there on a mk1 rs?????? Iv looked at so many photos but people seem to put them in all different places so Im not sure where they were originally.
