Are these worth bothering with on a cossie, road use not track.

Only reason i ask is im slowly tidying up the car ie re powdercoating, another rack etc and their only about £45 and would a bit nicer than the rusty bit of pipe i currently have lol..

I could just powerdercoat that too but an alloy one would look a lot better!

Also where abouts to people mount them?!

 

I fitted one under the passenger head lamp - 7 row Mocal i think

 

I fitted one too mainly to remove the old rusty pretty useless oem pipe.
I also fitted it under the passenger headlamp right behind the foglight grill so it gets plenty of air.

Mines a saph, so guessing they would mount slightly different to a 3 door?!
