Driving through Bromley today and spotted a kid putting traffic cones in the middle of the road across both lanes.

Had to slam on my brakes to avoid the cones!

And to make matters even worse not only was there the kid who was in his teens, but also a younger lad no older than seven, a few more older kids and a adult couple pushing a pram with a baby in.

I mean what the fuck is going on!!!!

Before i could drive i was in the car with my mum and we saw loads of kids (13-16) throwing stones and rocks at cars then running away! Little cunts!

 

I went to a local pub today to see a few mates for a pint. There was 2 kids outside the pub carpark smoking a spliff with a can of stella each, as casual as you like leaned against the carpark wall.
Turns out my mate know one of them. 12 and 13 years old. Couldn't believe it.

 

Walking in town yesterday i was behing a couple who had two kids aged around 7 or 8 years old and they were folding the mirrors in on every car they walked passed, not one word from mum or dad to stop it, my farther would have kicked my arse all the way home.

I was a proper little shit when I was a kid,

Used to collect the old fruit from the fruit market, hide in a bush and throw manky fruit at passers by to get a chace.

Also bought gonga peas from the local shops and pea shot them at people with mc D's straws.


Loads of other stuff aswell which I wont post up.

Im sure loads of people on Pf did silly things as kids, Its part of growing up, but now your an old fart you see the other more serious side of things, rather than the fun,

I agree in some respects but disagree in others,


Some parents do their up most to keep their kids on the right track,
But some kids just won't have it. I know of some one who come from great well to do family,
His siblings have done well and followed the line but my mate was just bad all the way through life.
He is now serving quite a lengthy prison sentence despite his parents best efforts.
His parents are GOOD parents but he was just BAD.

 

ive got to say this!! been a dad and all that.....

when i was younger... all my mates etc were into either engines or football...

football lover use to go and play on the local park,

us engine lovers had go karts and bikes (cheap sh1t) and use to go on the open top pit stacks at weekends etc...

well these days....
my young boy (7) was playing on a PARK near where i live with his school mates playing football... WHEN PCSO's!!! told them they wernt allowed ball games in the park?? WTF!!!! there 7 not exactly old enough to venture off anywhere else to play it and not exactly got a strong kick to put any one window thru!
also he has a mini-quad... took him out on it a few times, in quiet area's away from houses not hurting ANYONE! but still had some moaning old KUNTS moaning cause they were walking thu, which when they did walk thru he knows to turn it off and wait till theyve passed, so now the quad is up for sale...

so my rant is what the FUK are youths of today meant to do?? thats why there little TW4ats because there not allowed to do anything!

Its not the problem that kids are messing about, its the lengths they go to nowadays to get the reaction they so often want.

People just arent shocked by the juvenile things we used to think were funny when we were kids, like waterbombs, pea shooting, throwing veg etc etc and to be fair such things were mostly harmless and unlikely to hurt anyone.

It seems that changes in society means that because kids arent getting the "reaction" they used to to traditional pranks, they try more extreme things.

The problem comes is that often the extreme things they do now cross the line between prank to downright dangerous/illegal/criminal action.

Its like a lot of this happy slapping craze wasnt necessarily kids being pure evil, but attempting to provoke a reaction and get the attention they crave. However in doing so they are committing assault, a crime plain and simple.

In the "good old days" waterbombing a car would mean the guy comes after you, you do a runner, nearly shit yourself, get your kicks and have a bit of fun.

People dont react to things like that anymore because of the world we live in so instead its now stones that get thrown and what would cognitively be an innocent prank is now criminal damage and potentially manslaughter if they are stupid enough to do it on motorways and cause a crash....

 

Cant blame all parents on kids being bad, maybe a few
if any of my kids did anything like that in a few years they will be told, my eldest is 8 and she knows i mean business and not to cross me as she dnt like not being allowed on ps3 :P
but there are kids around that dont give a damn about others and maybe themselves, its down to idividuality of them and to see who is the bigger guy and have balls to do crap like that

This is the future of this country - no discipline, teachers can't, police can't and even parents can't give then a clip when they are bad and the best thing is the kids know this and it's growing out of control

Mate of a lad at work is the step father of 2 kids since they were babies and the boy trapped the girls head in the bedroom door so he grabbed him by the scruff, down the stairs and outside - next thing a teacher sees a small mark at school on the boy's chest and asked where it's from and he replied me dad flogged us - in the matter of hours the bloke is arrested for child abuse and is only allowed to see the kids whilst supervised by his mum and isn't allowed in his own house when they are there. On top of that his job is now at stake.

I was brought up with the slipper when i'd been a little twat - i don't agree with beating but as i parent of a young child how on earth do i disciplined a child nowadays if talking doesn't help??????? i'd love to know how the authorities advise to deal with kids that get too big for their boots

 

I think it's a mixture of both arsehole parents and kids being bad as they know there is no deterrent. How may times have you seen kids doing something wrong whilst out with the parents and the parents just letting them get on with it because it's the easiest/laziest option? At the same time, as others have already said, some parents try their hardest with the kids but the kids still turn out as little shits.

 

yes we all done stuff like that 10yr+ ago but if ya got caught back then ya were in for a hiding off either ya fatha or the person that gets a hold of ya, they wouldnt dare grab a kid these days for the fear of getting done.
