Default braided wiring overbraid temp and size?

looking for bit of help
looking to make a harness for coilpack conversion on my Audi motor,
4 wires per coil, then 20 in total ( 4 wire, 5 coils) as pictured below (not my pic but same engine and coils/wiring)

Shopping list needed
what size overbraid will i need, downsizing from 2 wires to 4 and will 140degree be sufficiant as not to melt?
what gauge/amp rated wiring needs to be used?

erm, thats it i think!
any ideas or whatever appreciated!

rating of the wire depends on the current draw of each coil

overbraids usually are described as having a range of size, eg diameter 5-10mm etc as they expand. measure Outside diameter of your wire bunch and chose an appropriate braid size.

Again the braid manufacturer normally lists a temperature rating for the braiding.
