Turbo has arrived (Now Fitted)
A big thanks to Turbo Technics and the Moaning Tony @ Turbosystems
Billet Wheel and new comp housing fitted.
No time to fit it as im working this afternnon.
Crap pics but you get the idea lol

Also its been balanced better than last time as well, 0.3g @ 80,00rpm now. Was 0.5g @ 80,000rpm before

The wheel is the same physical size but the centre hub is smaller so it will flow a bit more air, it is also a lot lighter so will spool up quicker, the wheel is also stronger than the cast item to help prevent it breaking up if over sped.

So is this the answer to your missing hp? And what power did you actually end up with before taking the turbo off?

It made 472bhp @ 2bar Rich before the turbo was removed, which was down on the 2.2bar Tony set it at. TT found wear in the comp housing and on the comp wheel. New wheel flows a bit more air so should have a few extra horses and spool quicker as well.

That sounds about right. 411 at the wheels for me with calculated 481 fly wheel. Be cool if you got 420 at the wheels
