What are they worth , brand new in there rappers with the extra support brackets also the receipt from fords ,not going to use these on my 3 door wondering what they are worth cheers guys

 

Sure mt Motorsport had a second hand one with out the steel braces for £600 and it ain't on his website anymore

 

put it on ebay ive seen new ones go for 1000 +,

The "splitter" fuck me i thought it silly when the bumper was worth a grand ??

 

Worth it to people that want it I suppose, good luck with the sale I'm sure it will be snapped up by the purists!

 

As longs as i can remember these splitters have been big money

ebay but make sure you add your willing to post worldwide as thats where a lot of the market is.

 

A few years ago I seen a set go for £1300 on eBay, depends how many people want them. I bought a genuine new set from Brooklyn years ago but I fitted them to my car, looking back I should have bought a few spares as if mine get damaged would be stuck with repro ones or high prices. Eventually someone may make some good replica ones but for now there isn't any so as 500 prices have shot up then people will pay good money as they are an easily damaged item.

 

I also have a brand new rs500 bumper from brooklyn with a receipt for £600 but might put this on my e reg 3door ,the receipt for the splitters is about £150 wish i had more as well

 

Wish id new this before i let my splitter catch the floor every time i went on or off the drive haha

 

thats why im not going to use them because if im being an idiot on a round about or taking a trip through the gravel at track lol , think i ll get some moody ones

 

Try to keep hold of them if you dont need the cash at the moment, often damaged and very hard to find. As the prices of the best cars continue to rise so will these.

Dont we all wish we bought a few extra sets back then from Roger Pitts but even then I thought £65 a corner was nuts for a lump of plastic that would have cost buttons to produce.

They go for up to £1000 and nobodies making replicas just now?!
There's some manufacturers missing out on a turn there for sure.....
