Default no heating ? (saph cos)

hey people i bought my self a saph cosworth yesterday but the heating is terable , is this somthing common ? going to have a look today see if i can find anything like a air lock because car runs sweet come to temp fan kicks in a out and can here the flap on the matraix moving hot to cold just no heat
any tips on were to start?

blocked heater matrix fit a new one is the only real fix

Yes blocked matrix , mine got gradually cooler , fitted new one and heater was nice and hot again

i swaped the pipes round on mine, ahd it worked fine

Also worth taking the heater box out and replacing all the foam gaskets on the flaps that divert the air, you will find that they have totally disintegrated and will be allowing to much cold air to bypass reducing the temperature,

I noticed a hell of a difference when I done mine.

Mines the same... Has been since i bought the car! Are they hard to fit, have you got to take the dash out or can you get to it from underneath?
Also so where's the best place to buy one from?
