Hello there my names WES I have just bought myself a very clean flint grey sierra sapphire 2000e which has been converted to a 4x4 cossie (interior and exterior) minus the engine as its running the original engine but has 4x4 drive chain, it is on cossie koni adjustables/springs, now my intensions for this car are too buy and drop a 4x4 yb lump in.

What I need help with is, will I also need 4x4 cossie looms or can I use original 2000e loom and what else will I need?

I know i'll need a turbo,actuator,rad intercooler,brain,exhaust.

you will need the loom for the engine and manegement you are going to be using for the yb

find out which car donating the running gear to turn it to 4wd, if it's not cossie then you need to make sure it is

 

I'm not planning massive power or anything just few mods K&N,Big Intercooler/Rad,Exhaust,Cams,Remap as its an everyday family car/for shows.

Bloke I bought car off doesnt know what car was donor he bought car like it is, so how would i find out? I know its got 4x4 cossie anti roll bar n that

 

You will been a cossie 4x4 gearbox or bell housing cause the starter motors are in different places.

Is there any reason why I would have to change car loom as well as engine loom?

 

No, it's the same anyway, only thing you will have to do is wire the power connections to power the ECU/fuel pump etc.

you will need the flux capasator from 82/85 delorian

they can be tricky to wire in but just give the doc a bell and he will help you out
