I know, I should just take it on the chin and pay up, but it's pissed me off.
I went to the gym, which I'm a member of, but the car park is obviously council owned and you have to buy a ticket, which I always do. There was some confusion with mine and my cousins membership which held us up and as a result I was 7 minutes over and got a ticket. I must have just missed them. Is it worth appealing? Or shall I just write a cheque with FUCK YOU and a smiley face on it?

Private parking company or council? If it's private, don't reply, just ignore, if it's council, pay up.

 

If it's council and you choose to ignore it you could just pay the bailiffs a few hundred quid later on down the line. There fuckers mate just take it on the chin and pay in the first 14 days as they usually double it after this period also

 

appeal but keep your ticket also as evidence.

ask to appeal, then appeal again and when they still refuse, push for court hearing.


or pay the blister and be more careful in future
