As per title on a 2wd water pump ive got a 38mm outlet at about 8pm and a smaller 24mm hose connection where does that connect too ?? And if its the heater and im not using a heater can i blank it off or do i have to reroute it elsewhere

rob i connected mine to the outlet at the back of the head next to the blue water temp sensor via the oil modine
so it comes out of the pump through the oil modine then back to the head

the 2 pipes usually go to /from the heater and as we both don't have them you just bypass them, use a 2wd metal pipe turned backwards then cut the pipe from the oil modine and connect it to like in the pic job jobbed

Cheers Steve ive used the outlet on the bottom of my header tank to go to the rear head connection but have a small 9mm one left available on the header tank i was thinking if i could go straight from the water pump to header tank top outlet ??

 

i could do with a 2wd coolant flow diagram and pipe diagram anyone got one ??
