Anybody else seen this on the autotrader site. rs500 in what looks like magenta £18000. what does everyone else think of it, i dont like it at all.

Theres a thread on rs site, was built from Motorsport shell with sunroof roof skin added and 4wd running gear, not worth asking price in my opinion. Prices seem to be stupid at the moment I'm glad I bought mine years ago as couldn't warrant what they are fetching now for a weekend toy. Unfortunately good 3 doors and rs500 cars are going to be a toy of the rich soon and not the performance car for the budget buyer anymore.

 

Good luck trying to find some mug to pay £18000 for that. Looks like a cobbled togeather mess if you ask me!

 

and it comes up as stolen in 1992 on a txt check. "D400YFL is recorded as stolen. Loss date 17-09-1992. Ownership rests with insurers who can repossess the vehicle"

Plus it looks SHITE!

Addition - It is registered as a RS Cosworth, same as mine. I am guessing the 500's would come up as RS500 Cosworth in the system no? So it seems it is "just" a Cosworth???
