Default Cleaning rusty brown residue from inside engine - Help !!

I need to try and get rid of all the rusty brown water system residue from my engine.

Is there a product out there that i can add to the system to make my life easier or am i just being too hopeful thinking that it can be cleaned up ?

The engine is currently out of the car on a stand so any advice on what i can do to rectify this problem would be appreciated.

Cheers

we have a trp prodect at daf that we use for cleaning coolant systems after oil coolers go dumping 15 odd liters of oil in the coolant thats very good! You mix it 50/50 with water then let it go back to work for a few days but some of the older guys at work say they used to use normal washing power lol like daz ive also used truck wash

I'm guessing by brown residue you mean the rusty sludgy stuff? Take it to a decent local garage or engine builder and ask them to put it in the part washer?
