Hi Everyone,

It time to come and sell my beloved Peugeot 206 GTI 180. I have made some notes on all of the areas of the car below and some pictures.

Interior

The interior is one of my favorite areas of the car. A large majority of the cars interior is finished in a half leather/half alacantra, the instrumentation and controls, instrument panel, dual leather steering wheel, aluminum pedals, gear lever knob and racing style seats are all meticulously finished.

Other interior items include, Extensive Air Bag System, Air Conditioning,
Digital Heater/Air Flow System, Trip Computer, Automatic Wipers, Dash Mounted Screen which shows Radio/Audio messages, along with engine management systems, MPG, Miles to next ‘Fill Up’ – Handy in today’s world.

Exterior

3 Door, 17" alloy wheels, a wide rear spoiler and a twin chrome-plated tailpipe, retractable door mirrors, front and rear fog lights, full body-coloured exterior fittings (bumpers and side rubbing strips) including the additional SP Kit which gives an exclusive carbon finish.

Engine

2000cc, four-cylinder engine develops 180 bhp at 7,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 152 lb-ft at 4,750 rpm.

The car is also equipped with ESP (electronic stability programme), the joint functions of which - traction control and directional control - can be switched-off at any time.

Efficient power steering, modulated according to engine speed, which contributes to provide increased driving pleasure and directional control.

Wheels/Suspension & Tires

The suspension is completely standard.

Wheel are also standard GTI 180 Peugeot 17” Alloy Wheels, the tires are less than 12 months old and still have plenty of grip left on them.

Brakes

Brake discs and calipers are standard GTI 180 versions.

Bad Points

There are a few little minor points with the car that I need to make you aware of. There are the following;

Small/Minor dint (5p Size) – Driver side front wing – Someone opened there door on me in a car park and never left a note.
Stone Chips – There are stone chips to the front of the car.

Wheel Curb Damage – Some of the Wheels have some curb damage. Nothing major but worth mentioning.















The car has had a new clutch was fitted in February 2012, a Cambelt & Water Pump around 18 months ago and New Tyres less than 12 months ago. Apart from that the car has needed serviceable items; the car has not been spared anything when it has required it. You are welcome to have a look through the paperwork and service history when you view the car.

The car also has a stainless steel exhaust system, fitted prior to me purchasing the car. It gives piece of mind having a stainless system. This system has a 25 year guarantee.

I have had this car for around 3-4 years now and it has been great. I have used it daily for my commute to work and it has been very reliable. It gets me around 37 MPG which is probably half motorway and half road on 100 mile round trip, which I think is not bad at all to say it’s a 180 Bhp car.

I have really enjoyed owning this car and it has served me well, there are little issues as I’ve mentioned above. But I think that its only what you would expect of a car of it’s age and mileage. It’s in great condition, however, I have bought a bigger car with potential family on the horizon I’m regrettably selling it.

Brilliant little cars these my mrs had one, much more entertaining than the cooper s she replaced it with.

Got a new car lined up now and could do with selling this to free up the cash to buy the new one.

The car has now been reduced again. The price now is Ł2000.

Car ideally needs to to this weekend or soon as i have another car lined up.

Yeah,a great write up.

These are super little cars,I think as much fun as the Clio 182 and a good chance they've had a lot easier life,well that one in particular does look super clean.

Nice tone on them as well,a lad in the unit opposite mine bought one with an induction kit on it and it did sound superb.
