AnYone got a manual or how to for a std Sierra rack rebuild,am making up a quick rack and need to break down original....

I stripped down a pas rack.There similar to a non pas rack.

 

So how do you remove the ball/socket ends from the rack to strip, appears to be a punched dimple attaching one to the other,also how do you remove the pinion

 

The steering arms you mean? If you get some mole grips and clap them on the ball part and they should turn anti clockwise.

Ive got a haynes manual with a pick if a non pas rack stripped down.Pm me later and i will take a pic and send it to you if you want.

I strippef and rebuilt my old pas rack to replace the seals before.
