hi could anyone give me alittle bit of help with the wiring looms as im putting a 1.8 zetec in my mk4 escort van and im very confused. iv got a xr3i efi loom out of a mk4 escort that im putting in my van then iv got a rs1800 zetec loom from a fiesta witch i am trying to use with the efi loom but i have not got a clue where to start as i will be left with 2 ecu's, would anyone be able to help me in anyway and try and explain how to do this, im new to wiring looms so dont understand much on them. thanks

 

i could be wrong but leave the van wiring as it is, long off the efi loom and only use the rs1800 loom to run the engine, only thing ul need to splice into is the ignition wiring on the standard loom on the column, wire the bay up with the zetec loom.

as i say i might be miles off but im doin a mk3 escort zetec and i have only bought a mk5 escort loom to run it

 

if thats does work like that what do i do about the fuel pump

 

where abouts in lincolnshire are you mate?
ive done loads of these and can point you in the right direction
