Default DEI spark plug boots help !
Hi , I have a set of Dei boots for my escort rs turbo. Are they meant to go in the bore where the spark plug fits in, mine are to fat and sit on top of hole get anyone help cheers Daryl

Thats fine... they should sit up on top of the head (from what ive seen anyway - im no expert)

They just protect the HT leads from high temps mate, they work well from what im told, If your running high boost and a very hot manifold/turbo. Im yet to melt any HT leads with out them though

Note rs16i inlet in middle of modifying throttle body flange change the angle and moving cold start it is being heavily modifyed to try and look as it is meant to be there
