how do you request a final value fee credit?i sold item ,buyer didnt pay up,filed non paying bidder alert a week ago,etc, but cant seem to find how to get refund,it just sends you round in bloody circles! they obviously dont like giving your money back!!!!!!!!!

 

ok right goto your unpaid item disputes section, the disput in question must have a ticked icon saying eligible for credit (after 10 days)


then click on view the dispute, basicly you have to close the dispute to get your credit, ive just done one 10 mins ago lol

you can now also leave them bad beedback and they cannot do the same for you
