Is it worth buying genuine ford ones or the non genuine? Price difference is about £60 less for non genuine ones.

I kept freeing up the handbrake return on my rear caliper's for a few years until it was nigh on impossible,even after the handbrake was marginal
So i bought new genuine ford items and its an amazing transformation
Even after a few years the handbrake holds on the steepest of inclines,with only 1-2 clicks of the lever,well worth the extra money in my case

 

The non genuine will be as good really but it depends if you need them with the ford logo for other reasons, I fitted genuine ford ones to my 3 door but only because I got rear calipers and brackets for £150 brand new,

 

Ive got a reconded one on mine and its been ok in the 2 n a half years its been on.
