Mate watch this short video of moto 2 bikes, you can easily see as its slowed right down the exhaust shaking, this from the tyre and suspension resortating against each other which upsets the bikes handling

chatter is the forks rebounding to fast,usually over the bumps into the corners

 

They were saying on eurosport last night about it, also said it can be powered through if your balls are big enough
