Default cosworth 4x4 not starting

bloody car is cracking me up now ive had a new phase sensor fitted new cranck sensor new leads new plugs, and ive had the car set up at MAD that was summer last year and he got it running spot on, its been laid up since september mostly outside now it wont start, theres fuel getting to the front and a spark but i think the spark is very weak. as when it does finally start it'll run but not well and as soon as you touch the throttle it cuts out.when it cuts out theres an arcing noise inside the distributor HELP

the dizzy cap has a sensor of some sorts in so well worth changing that like and check the plug where the crank sensor plugs into loom, they are renowned for fucking up.

checked car today, got spark in all chambers, but there seems to be a lack of fuel.

filter maybe blocked, is it possible that i could of sucked up the crap in the bottom of the tank and blocked the filter or worse the injectors? my car was parked on a slopp and showing hardly anything in the tank when it was fired up last :-(

also checked the phase sensor today, it looks fine and is gapped correctly, no corrosion inside so i assume its fine.

Put £20's worth of super in it and a load of octane boost,if the petrol was old it may be stale as fuck.
This has worked for me loads of times.
Very little chance you've blocked fuel filter and zero chance of blocking the injectors, unless the filters been bypassed which seems highly unlikely seeings as it was set up by msd as they would have noticed that.
