Hi guys,
im looking at getting some new wheels for my mk5b escort cab, im looking to fill the arches a bit better than the fez mk6 zs 16s ive got on it atm and was wondering how badly it would handle on 18's ?, as its a cab its never gonna handle brilliantly anyway.
Also if anyone has any pics of mk5 6 escorts on 18s that would be great.

Don't do it! I had 18s on my rs2000 mk5 van and it was terrible! Best id go for is 16s imo!

They're not great on 17s, let alone 18s!

 

Stick to 16s or 15s matey seriously

 

17's are horrendous so steer clear of 18's!!!

 

well I was thinking of mk1 focus rs 18s, but might have to look for some dished 16's for it

 

i had 18's on an old mk5 escort i didnt think it was too bad it never handled great before fitting them tho tbh lol

 

I had 17's on and it was terrible, 18's must be a complete nightmare.

 

I had 17s on mine and it was fine, lowered 40mm on decent shocks/springs and it sat and drove lovely.
i think 18's are going a bit far though.
