Thought i'd post this in the general discussion cause not everyone looks in the rebuild section
Well another day spent on the rebuilding of my engine and there has been great progress
Spent a bit of time painting some bits and bobs and cleaning certain things
heres the results.......
First on was the exhaust manifold with new studs

Then the inlet

sender for oil temp gauge....

Then on went the oil cooler pipe work, filter and dizzy cap and leads

Then finally the turbo and damper

Get some more bits in the week and an engine hoist to refit it and get it up and running

IMA....I had to sacrifice some stuff so i could have a decent internal build,i will paint the cover later when the engine is in
lol....was thinking that the bolts for the turbo where a little large but they don't look to bad,the pics make them look bad to be fair

There on the same block as Paul Goy Racing on the Allenby Industrial estate off monks road. The chap who runs it is Mike Barrett and does alot of engines for rally cars so knows his stuff
He doesn't have a dyno but uses paul goy's RR for testing bits and bobs and has a motec set up for testing when going down the road.He has all the engineering machines in house so he just gets on with it
