Never Welded, Original panels and paint. Mint Unmarked interior!
Only let down is the car was in desperate need f a good buffing as the owner never polished it (up north it rains a lot!)

I will post some pics up once I have put all my new bits on it. I have another engine to go in for next year (would have been sooner but as the engine has only done 50k miles ndrives like it just left the show room I cant remove it jus yet until my new engine is fully built

Looks well clean mate all it needs now is a set of diamond cut RS 7 spokes

 

Stoo, Yea, it is pretty rare, it is not like my other RST's I have had, it is so quiet (probs cos of standard zorst) and it drives so well, I can't fault it! I can't remember what standard boost is like and fuel consumption! I done 150 miles on 1/4 tank!

Plans, well I have a lot, I have some basic mods which I have had for a while waiting for the right car to go on, but as I said once these are all on and the car is looking a bit more how I want it to look I will post the pics!

In the mean time I have to finish breaking my black one and get selling some bits!

fook me thats the 1st RST i seen with a standered exhaust for years fair play mate got a good un there 101% standerd is it.

PS. get rid of thoses reflectors on the doors classic late 80/90 mod

 

Tony, Yer, completely standard and the bloke blatently never touched it! Well it already is not standard as I have changed the rear lights tonight, lol But yea otherwise as it rolled out of the factory in 89.

Reflectors were gone on the way home from buying it, pulled em off and binned em Now gotta clean the marks off they have left, lol So far I am very happy with it, but I can see already white is gunna be much harder to keep clean and also shows chips/dirt/grease a lot more than black! Worth it tho! had to get a white un! Just saw this come up and couldnt resist!

 

BlackS2, you wanna swap them orange indicator for clear ones? there nearly new and in good nick

 

Radleigh, No thanks mate. I have some focus sides to go on. But you can have them for Ł10 if u want.

get some new orange indicators front and side from ford!!!! put them on my white s2 after seeing the pics of doo`s old s2..!!!

orange is rarer than the clears now!!!! not the best pic ever but i like em!!

Nice mate, FIRST thing you should do is get it properly steam cleaned underneath, then in the HOT summer, when she has fully dried out, strip it and WAXOIL everywhere.... take the roof out, the lot mate, you will regret it othwerwise, honestly, dont take this the wrong way, it may look nice now, but its also hardly been used, there will be some brown stuff festering somewhere I promise, so nip it all before it erupts in a couple of years.....

Damo - yep couldn't agree with you more mate. I know what your saying, and it has never been waxoiled as far as I know so now is as good a time as any to start. But saying that it is also gunna be strickly a summer car, no rain driving (if I can help it) But will be gettin busy with the waxoyl sooooon.

And the steam clean is a must! My mate is a valeter so he will do it all for me

Haha, yep i know, i know.... As above, have had 2 rst's now, and got bored of em, wanted a white one for ages and ages, then i started seeing all these white ones down the essex meets and just had to have one!
